Nature of Services
TruWay Dispatch provides professional dispatch and logistics support services only. We are not a freight broker, motor carrier, or shipper.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee load availability, rates, revenue, or profitability. All transportation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Carrier Responsibility
The carrier is solely responsible for:
DOT / FMCSA compliance
Broker contracts and rate confirmations
Cargo, insurance, and regulatory compliance
Limitation of Liability
TruWay Dispatch shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
Payments
All fees must be paid according to agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Payment Policy
Fees for dispatch services are agreed upon prior to service initiation. Payments are due as invoiced. Due to the nature of dispatch services, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
