TruWay Dispatch was founded with a simple but powerful belief: dispatch should work for the carrier, not against them.
Before TruWay existed, our founder spent years working as a truck dispatcher for a large dispatch company, managing loads for multiple carriers across the U.S. market. While the experience built deep industry knowledge and strong broker relationships, it also revealed a major problem in the industry — unfair dispatch practices.
High percentages, lack of transparency, and a one-size-fits-all approach were hurting carriers instead of helping them grow.
The Turning Point
Throughout the years, working closely with owner-operators and small fleets, one thing became clear: quality dispatch makes a real difference.
Carriers who received consistent communication, smart routing, and rate-focused negotiations didn’t just perform better — many of them specifically asked to continue working together because they saw results. That trust and loyalty planted the seed for something bigger.
What started as a personal vision slowly turned into a decision:

That decision led to leaving the old company behind and launching TruWay Dispatch.
